This place is complete trash. Don't trust any review over 2 stars. Our dinning experience was well below average.We were a large group that had a reservation well in advance. Our waitress was nice but she seemed new.The bread at the table was just store bought and sliced up. Cold and stale, no self-respecting Italian restaurant would allow this. When we asked for more water, we were told another waitress passes by regularly... 20 minutes later, we got some water.The meal took about an hour to get to the table. The portions were small and overpriced. The food quality is nothing to write home about.The piece-de-resistance was the coffee. We got cold coffee at the table and had to freaking argue to get another batch brewed.My worse dinning experience in recent memory. Definitely not coming back.

Very long service. It took them 10 m before they notice we were there(party of 3). Took 30 m before we could have our order and the place was half pack....don't recommend this place

After reading all the bad reviews regarding the slow service for groups, I was hesitant to keep my birthday dinner that was already booked.That being said, I called the manager (who was the owner) and voiced my concerns. We were going to be 16 people in total. I asked what I could do in advance that would help the service. He suggested I do a set menu with narrowed down choices.So, I chose to only have 4 choice of meals for my dinner.My efforts were made in vain as it was THE slowest service ever. I was so disappointed. We were there at 6:45pm and only got served our meals at 9:30pm. We had one waitress doing everything. It was frustrating.My tortellini was good but my guests Chicken Parmesan was awful. The tomato sauce was way too acidic.

Had my engagement party here. 60 ppl. Dance floor and private upstairs room with bar service. Definitely will be my spot for future events.Staff was so kind, the owner was there from the set up until the end of the night. (Midnight) we felt so at ease. Everyone loved the food. The calamari is to die for. I had the salmon. For a restaurant being fully functioning and the kitchen serving both a party of 60 and their clients downstairs, I had expected the food to be cold and the staff not able to serve mains all at once. However all mains came out smoothly and my salmon was melt apart to perfection. Not dry and not cold. I'm very impressed with the whole night. Highly recommend!

My first time at this restaurant but Definitely not my last. Food was very good, I had a wonderful soup and a very good veal picata. Wine is priced at SAQ price plus $5 which means we had an excellent bottle of Primativo for $35. If you want to talk with your table mates ask for a table away from the singer, he is very good but we were right in front of him it was a little difficult to carry on a conversation. We (6 of us) had a most enjoyable evening.

The food is not authentic Italian. Food quality far from being good. Do not recommend this place. The service and staff are friendly. We were a group of 25 and all plates arrived roughly at the same time.

I made a reservation but they had a problem with booking due to a big group event. It took a while to get sitted. We've been here for an hour, still no sign of food. We are nibbling on bread endlessly. I kept telling them we have a event to attend in 2 hours but no effort to speed things up. I can't say anything about food yet since I'm not served. However, I wouldn't recommend this place. My dear Italian friend recommended this restaurant to me, I'm very disappointed about service. Had it been for a simple dinner I would have walked out already, but today is a B-Day celebration so we are sticking around...Updated : so finally we got the food. Taste is ordinary. They forgot one dish so my dad had to wait for his main dish.Plating was not good as you can see on photo. No one pours wine for us. Empty plates stayed with us for a long time. I strongly believe this happened because of big event going on. No matter what the reason was I hope we've had better service.

Great place for lunch with a nice menu for table d'hôte. Decent selection of wines and service was great. First time there but I would definitely go back.

Worked there for a night, manager refused to pay me as it was a "trial shift", which is completely illegal according to : "Act respecting labour standards"I also know for a fact he pays his cooks under the table and repetitively doesn't declare sells if the customer pays cash.Luckily I found another job, but I didn't feel like getting walked all over by some low life restaurant owner. I reported the crimes to : Revenu Quebec, the Labour Standards Program and the CRA.Crooks!

Nice restaurant, especially on the terrace in back. Good pizza with a fantastic crust, and a great cappuccino.

The room is nice and the location is nice. The food is mediocre, and the service is terribly slow. To keep their price point, they will rent you the room, sell you the menu and serve you. I’m assuming they make more money because they hire one person to serve 30 people. It takes forever to get the food. Very frustrating and when the food does come, it’s not that great

There was not a seat to had! We were a group of 28 and the service was a 10! The food was amazing. Very impressed. Thank you!

Made reservations and they had no record even though they sent us a confirmation. Had supper in a storage room at the back. Had to ask for bread. Had to serve our own wine. Food was very mediocre and expensive for what we got. All in all, terrible experience. 2 stars is being very very nice.

Very good Italian food and portion sizes are pretty big (had to bring home the leftovers). Can’t go wrong with the calamari to start, followed by their pasta dishes and wine. Their bottles are also great deals, not far off from SAQ prices unlike other restaurants where they add a premium of another 30% markup that then make you second guess if you should’ve gone to a BYOB restaurant instead lol. Would definitely recommend to friends/family!

Great ambience, food experience and great music. The musician had a lovely voice and did some Sinatra, Temptations, Elvis. Kept us jamming all night while we enjoyed a sumptuous meal

Love the atmosphere. Cannoli excellent unfortunately the pizza really burnt around the edges but tasty. Otherwise salads really good. Service okay. Music very enjoyable, not loud just pleasant. Our place to take friends. Only thing when you have a wine list and the first bottle, the cheapest, isn't available? Not a great start.

Cannot say enough good things about this place, it has a wonderful atmosphere and incredibly kind staff. All of the food is astoundingly delicious and I cannot wait to come back again.

My husband and I both ordered pizzas for lunch. There were a whole 4 other people in the restaurant and the waitress never came to see us after she brought our pizza to our table. Never asked us if we liked the pizza and never filled our water glass. When paying the bill we went to the counter to pay and we asked the man (we think he's the owner) what happened to our waitress. His response was "she left to go to school". She never, ever came to see us, my husband later told me he left her a 2$ tip. Which, I think was still generous as she never took care of us. This is the first time we did this but she didn't deserve anything more.

I ordered one of the items under the catagory chef specialties: osso bucco milanese. It was a bit on the overcooked side, but acceptable. The bread provided was warm, but burnt.

I go to this lovely place often! This is my favorite spot to dine. I go there many times. The food is excellent, the crew is courteous and the cost is fair. I like meeting in this restaurant to have a nice lunch.

Ambiance is cozy & classy, staff is friendly, food is fresh/flavorful/authentic & extensive/exclusive wine list.

Always a great meal with great service as well. Wine bottle are SAQ prices plus 5$ which makes having a drink with your meal very affordable!
